Send me a quick note

Name, email, phone. That's it. I'll reach out personally to set up a call at a time that works for you.

Your information stays private. I don't run ads, don't sell email lists, and don't add you to any newsletter without permission.

What happens after you reach out

Here's exactly how this goes.

No mystery, no sales sequences, no "let me connect you with our discovery specialist." Just a clear path from your first message to a real conversation.

A few quick answers

Questions people often ask before reaching out.

Will I get a sales pitch on the first call?

No. The first call is a 30-minute conversation about your business, your situation, and what you're trying to accomplish. If senior SEO consulting is the right fit, we'll talk about what working together could look like. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you that and point you in a better direction. Either way, you leave the call with something useful — not a pitch deck.

What if I'm not sure I need an SEO consultant yet?

That's a perfectly good reason to get in touch. A lot of the people I talk to start out unsure whether they need help, or whether SEO is even the right investment for them right now. A 30-minute conversation usually clarifies that quickly. Sometimes the answer is "yes, here's where to start." Sometimes it's "not yet — focus on this other thing first." Both answers are valuable.

I'm not in Tampa. Will you still work with me?

Yes. I'm based in Tampa, Florida, but I work with clients across the United States. Most engagements run remotely via Zoom and shared documents. Tampa-based clients have the option of in-person meetings; clients elsewhere occasionally book on-site intensive days for kickoff or team training.

How fast will you respond to my message?

Within one business day, almost always within a few hours. I read every message personally — there's no virtual assistant filtering inquiries or scheduling system bouncing you around. If I'm traveling or on a deep-work block, the response window might stretch toward the 24-hour mark, but you'll hear back.

Do I need a budget figure ready before reaching out?

No. The first call isn't a budget conversation. We figure out together whether there's a fit, what your situation actually calls for, and what scale of engagement makes sense. Pricing comes up naturally once that's clear. The pricing page has the full picture if you want to look ahead, but you don't need to come to the conversation with numbers locked in.

Looking forward to it

Talking with potential clients is the best part of my week.

I genuinely enjoy these conversations — even the ones that don't end in an engagement. If you've read this far, you're probably someone I'd like to talk to.
